An Air Injection system uses an air micronizer which is a venturi mechanism that is installed between the pump and retention tank to inject air into the incoming water. The water is then held inside the retention tank which has an air volume control valve. The system adds air as water comes into the house, and the air volume control valve allows air to vents out of the retention tank as needed. This process oxidizes the iron in the water causing the iron to form solid rust particles which can then be removed with an iron filter. Next, the water moves through an iron filter, which removes the iron from your water, then sends it through your tap to enjoy.
